COVID-19 Office Information
Mask Guidelines
Chelmsford Family Practice will shift from a mandatory to
optional masking policy effective Friday, May 12, 2023.
This decision is aligned with our statewide clinical community
and guidance issued by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
Who will be required to wear a mask beginning Friday, May 12?
Patients with respiratory symptoms, fever or vomiting should
wear an issued mask while in our office.
Patients and visitors who have had a known close contact exposure
to COVID-19 within the previous 10 days should wear a mask.
Telehealth is here to stay, we will continue to offer this as an option.
